These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TCopyCats LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a mailing address at 12895 Josey Lane #124, Dallas, TX 75234, United States(“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of MainLine.Finance(the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, submitting a partner inquiry, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About MainLine.Finance
MainLine.Finance is the institutional website of a portfolio of intent-driven domains, vertical portals, and performance channels operated by TCopyCats LLC. The Site is informational and intended for prospective financial partners (such as lenders, insurers, fintech platforms, brokers, and embedded-finance companies) evaluating a relationship with the MainLine network.
MainLine.Finance is not itself a lender, broker, or financial advisor, and does not originate, fund, or underwrite financial products through this Site.

You agree that you will not:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- access the Site by automated means (including scraping, crawling, or harvesting) except in compliance with our published

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TCOPYCATS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TCopyCats LLCand its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The federal and state courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Advertising Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and TCopyCats LLC regarding the Site. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them at our discretion.
